Tax Return

Hi all,
I filled for BR on March 17 2009. ( St Patricks Day  )
I did some calculations and I think that during year 2008-2009 I paid a bit more tax that I was suppossed to.
On previous years, I called Inland Revenue who requested me to send them the P60 and a few weeks later I got a check with my Tax Return.
My question is:
What about year 2009-2009 ? I filled BR before the end of the fiscal year so I am not sure if I have to claim that money or if the OR will ( or maybe already did ) claim that.
Thank you all!
