i'll try to keep it breif
in 2006 a business partner and i purchaced a property with a view to developing it. he put forward £65000 (raised against his own property) i mortgaged the remainder. He due to work commitment was unable to involve himself as was the deal and so we came to a deal where by i just paid his part of his mortgage and had no other intrest other than the return of his investment when the property was sold - needless to say (and rightly) he registered a caution with the land reg to prevent me selling with out his knowledge.
In july 2008 i re-mortgaged - it now appears that my broker forged my business partners signature to revoke the caution so that he could complete the deal - shortly after this he was imprisoned for fruad and i don't know where he is now. i haven't spoken to my mortgage company about it - and i am behind on my payments because my broker placed me on a 8.5% interest rate deal.
What can i do?

What are you actually complaining about? The alleged forged document or the fact that you cannot pay the mortgage?0
