Has anybody tried the Fat Burning Furnace that's advertised every where at the moment.
I really want to try it but I'm sure I'm just being sucked in by the ad!
Has anybody had a go and if so did it work?

I bought it ...i just couldnt resist but asked for a refund, its all good info but it requires gym equipment etc if your new to dieting then it may be of interest but if your a slimming savvy (bought every single fat burning diet book going) then leave it as its nothing new. a combo of jorge cruises 3 hour diet with resistence training on weights 3 times per day.wasbrokegettingbetter wrote: »Has anybody tried the Fat Burning Furnace that's advertised every where at the moment.

I just bought it and am going to follow it religiously for the next 3 months. I will let you know if I lose any weight etc etc. The principles seem to make sense and as other posts have highlighted, it is a resistance (ie weights) exercise programme. I am a gym member and will be utilising their equipment for it.Snootchie Bootchies!0

You can read/join this forum for nothing. All ages and all weights.
