Any recommendations in Bangor for leg + bikini waxing? Never had it done professionally before, so looking for somewhere that'll be gentle!
Thanks!

If you're prepared to travel a little bit from Bangor, then I highly recommend 'The Sanctum' in Holywood.
Prices are keen and the proprietor - Evelyn is absolutely fantastic. She is well experienced and the salon is very professional as a whole. Seems to be growing extremely popular at a fast rate too.
You can contact them @
Location:50b High Street, Holywood,
BT18 9AE
Phone:02890 428350
Tues - Thurs:10:00 - 21:00
Fri:10:00 - 17:30
Sat:10:00 - 16:00
Taken from their price list booklet.
Hope this helps.0 -
Warning to blokes, don't read this!!!!!!!
For goodness sake don't try to be MSe in this area and do it yourself, I'm currently suffering as a result of a home bikini sorting out episode
Never ever again will I skimp on the £6 or £8 it costs to get waxed, hubs says he will happily pay so that he never hears me moaning again

I do mine all the time Arkonite. Only time it has bruised was when I let it grow too long, 1/2 a cm is ideal.
It would be very handy to have a 3rd hand though to hold the skin taut.

Yeah, you really need to be sure to go to someone with lots of experience in the field.
Lots of Salons use trainees from colleges which use us 'the public' to train/practice on.
The Sanctum in Holywood use therapists with many years experience as it's an area where in my opinion, personal review is paramount.0 -
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone had been to Karma in Holywood and if they would recommend it?
