Nah there are people who would prefer to spend most of their income on fancy stuff and would be too busy off having a good time to care how big their kitchen is especially if they dont ever cook.
Its probably a poor investment though because I guess its a specialist market. Some jobs I imagine are like this maybe like flight attendant or anything with shift work where the only time you are really home is your day off and you wouldnt stay in much0 -
It's all about supply and demand. People must want to live in rabbit hutches as they buy them - they don't have to as there are plenty of larger, older, better built houses around. A lot of this is new buyers love to buy brand new ... not always realising what this means??0
