IPA - how long before you know?

Hi,
Went bankrupt in March 2009 - and at the time was on long term sick. Received letter fairly quickly into bankruptcy which said no IPA at this point in time, due to potential to having income reduced due to sickness. However now back at work - have notified OR by letter, received new I&E form to complete - have returned this - and nothing!! No letter to say no IPA - so does that suggest they are trying to work out how much surplus I have ( I reckon none but sure they will disagree!!!!)
Anyone any suggestions? Is no news good news....

This is one of the few cases where no news is good news!!

You have done your bit, leave it alone and let them contact you about it. They may well agree that there is nothing to pay but don't necessarily let you know.
