Can I get a remortgage on just my pay.

Hi I need some advice,I/We owe £28000 on my mortgage comprising 3 sub accounts.
My house is valued at £90000,I pay £266 pm in total, I want to remortgage as I am paying insurances on these three accounts so want to combine them into 1 maneagable Loan.
My question is if I apply for a mortgage on just my pay of £10000 pa with just the mortgage as my total outgoings will I be able to do it.
My husband has no accounts to enable us to use his pay as well.
