BR Forms help!

Brov and I are now in the process of filling in the BR forms. Can someone tell me if its essential to enter all the debt agreement numbers, dates commenced, etc etc. He has a rather large number of debts, both large and small, he finds it hard to find/remember when many of them were taken out. Also if some debts get forgotten and are not entered on the forms, do they still come under the bankcruptcy.
Thank you all.
Thank you all.

Hi, I had a similar problem with the dates of the debts, I have just put approximate dates as I would have to call all of my creditors to find it out and thats the last thing I want to do, I beleive from what I have read on this forum that any debts missed out on the forms are still included, someone who knows more will be along I am sure !!0

All debts are included in the bankruptcy even if you forget to put them on the form. Try and find all the agreement numbers. THis will mean that the companies will match up the report from the OR with the account and ensures that you wont get hassle later onHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Thanks debtinfo. Thats a relief, tho of course we'll do our best to put down all the needed info. What would people like us do without a site like this. All of you are so supportive. Brilliant.0

If you obtain a copy of your credit report from Experian and Equifax, they will generally have the exact start dates for each credit agreement. However, I don't think they show the account numbers, but by using both of them you should cover most agreements.
