Changing utility suppliers

Does anyone know if, as an undischarged bankrupt, can I change my utility supplier? I am looking at the utility warehouse but in the T&C's, they state that they can cut off your supply immediately if you become bankrupt. I do not know if that means if they are one of your creditors or not.
If it is not possible for me, could my husband apply. The only problem with that is that because he works away a lot, I have to deal with any problems & they would not speak to me if it was in DH's name.
Any advice gratefully received
Nicky.
