Well folks, I just finished re-reading The Luck Factor which is fantastic. I've been keeping my luck diary and my luck has certainly improved over the last few weeks.

It's absolutely amazing that you can actually learn how to be a luckier person!! Again, a wholehearted recommendation to y'all to give this one a try.

I'm glad I re-read it, there were some thing I forgot about that I stopped doing after last time I read it. Kinda puts me in the mood to re-read something else instead of starting a new one. I could do with a refresher at something money related now :)

Now this is a helpful post!....(I'm not into having a go a people for no reason Amos....but I will respond if I feel the need to...).....

Who's this by then?.....I've listened to David Bach (sorry ...couldn't really get past the annoying voice!).....and John Cummatta...more listenable...were they yours and Kevicho's suggestions?

Most my posts are genuinely helpful provided I'm not arguing with someone about something. TBH, I don't even know why we are/were arguing as it all started off me asking some woman about some surgery thing for weight loss (and it wasn't you, so again not sure why we were arguing?) and she told me to !!!! off or something?!? But I don't back down if somebody challenges me on it, and I know I'm good at giving better than I get. I feel very annoyed sometimes at people who judge me just because I want to die young, as I keep saying it's my choice and when people start narking me over it - it *really* digs at me. Meh, anyway I hope it's all over now so there shouldn't be any need to have to respond to anything I hope it all just blows past

The Luck Factor by Dr Richard Wiseman. It's a book that shows you how to become a luckier person. It really is that simple, being lucky is a skill you can learn and master. Definitely worth a read if you get the chance.

I think maybe it is just a case of you are writing what comes into your head and posting....without maybe thinking how it comes across??? Me, I'm apparently the same in person....so I've been told....:o I just tend to have a bit more tact in written form:p well...it's editable isn't it!!

Richard Wiseman.....mmmm.......hasn't he written something else? His name sounds familiar?

I've been reading Simplify your life which is apparently a German book which was a HUGE success and one of not very many German non-fiction books to be translated iinto English. I like it, it's pretty straightforward, but still encourages you to think about ways to sort things out.

I also like Alvin Hall's book, the one with the orange cover, and the Fool books.

Nope. In person, I'm direct, crude and very loud. I say what I mean and mean what I say, I don't beat about the bush. Although some people might think of me as a !!!!, everybody knows where they stand with me and most people appreciate my openness in this respect. If I was to type any differently I'd be 2 faced.

I am actually a nice guy believe it or not, but when somebody gets my back up I give hoodoo with the best of them. Side effect of working and socialising in such environments where it's the norm. It's just me, take me as you find me.

As for Wiseman, I'm unsure but would be interested to hear about any other material related to him.
