Just found an error on finalised forms

Hi all.

Just when I thought everything was fine ive just found a council enforcement notice letter which I didnt include in my finalised copy of my bankruptcy petion. It has all been saved and cannot be altered.

Can I just take it with me to the courts next wednesday and get them to add it to the list of creditors whilst in court????
I hope that is the case??? :eek:

amend the bits needed, add a note to the 'further info' bit at the end why you have done so, and explain to the clerk, when you get to court, who will witness you signing the alterations, job done, nothing to panic about;)

If its a provable debt it will still go into your bankruptcy. Do as Bat advised and don't worry about it.

Thanks for the replies, ok, I wont worry, theres a section at the rear end of the document (section 13) where it allows you to add any extra information.
I didnt notice it yesterday.
I will add all info in that column as opposed to the actual creditor column.
Reading the paperwork seems to suggest that anyway??

leftatthelights, I made a mistake on my online forms in the other expenses box under my list of outgoings. I too only noticed after finalising them so I ammended by hand, signed and dated. I then showed the clerk at the court yesterday and she said it would be fine.

Hi dack, Im glad to hear that it isnt just me that balls's things up (no offence):D.

My two mistakes are 1. In the list of creditors and 2. I forgot to put my missus in the "number and name of people in the household" section.

Do I just add on the extra creditor by hand on the creditor page and add michelle on the same page as the people in household page or do I add both missed pieces of data in the section at the very end of the file (in the section called extras)????
