obviously nothing then haha0

Popcorn, homemade and popped dry with no butter or fat. Hardly any calories and fat free. I like gherkins as they satisfy the craving for something crunchy.0

Veg. Carrot sticks, celery (yuck), salad with no dressing.
Rice cakes?
Ryvita and cottage cheese?
Lentils?working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Many many things are low in fat - obviously almost all fruit and vegetables (although there is a carb element....), especially if eaten raw.
You do know though don't you, that you need some amount of healthy fats in your diet - especially Omega 3 (in some fish or in supplement form) and a lack of it can cause problems.
The things that are fatty in a bad way are evidently so or have been made so by being deep-fat or shallow-fried in the wrong way.
What is your aim?0 -
fruit and veg or if its something proper snacky then i would go for snack a jacks, very filling for me

If weight gain/loss is an issue, remember that low fat things (raisins, grapes etc) contan sugars that cause as many weight issues as fatty foods.0

Hello (new to this money saving posting malarky!)
I've been trying to be "good" recently, and have been eating those shape yoghurts - 75 calories and do keep the hunger pangs at bay for a wee while!
I've also randomly been having branflakes and chopped bananas for my lunch which keeps me full up, and having a few brazil nuts in between.0 -
