Hi
I wondered if anyone out there could help... I am now at the end of my 2 year fixed term mortgage.
My question is, since I now do not have a fixed contract, will this go against me when I remortgage?
Your help/advice would be greatly appreciated, as I am a bit nervous about going to my appointments that I have set up for next Saturday! (one with HSBC and the other with the Halifax).
Thanks alot!
SL

There are some lenders that could take your income into account as long as there is a track record and the income is of a regular nature.
I would suggest having a word with a whole of market mortgage adviser, explain yuor situation in detail, and let them talk to the lenders on your behalf to get the best deal for you.
Find out what HSBC could offer you to stay with them first though.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
