Ooh I'm gonna cook that for tonight!
The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.

Bit like a teabag of mixed herbs that you can buy in the herb section in a little jar. You must remove it after cooking - I manage to dish it out onto my plate everytime and it can be a bit of a shock when your expecting meat!

If you don't have any in it doesn't make much difference - maybe just add a little mixed herbs!

Traditionally it's a tied bundle of Mediterranean herbs like rosemary or thyme in a muslin bag - you can use dried mixed herbs as a replacement.
