Old jar of Tahini paste - can I use it?

I find that the tahini separates and the bottom bit sets like concrete - is there any way of getting it usable again?

It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!

Give it a good mix. Possibly stick it all in a blender. Alternatively, just stick it in humus; it still works.
