hiya, fairy have a link on their site to replace dosing balls/cups, just click and enter your details. I've had one before but it got mangled so have ordered another... I'm pretty sure they are the decent plastic ones not like the cardboard one persil sent out.

This arrived today and was one of the plastic jug types. Very handy and not bad with the great offer tesco has got on washing powder... works out much cheaper than tablets :-)
