Bankruptcy Discharge Paperwork?

Good Afternoon All,
I have been on the phone trying to speak to someone at the OR's office, in Bloomsbury (London), in order to get copies of my discharge paperwork. They told me that I would have to speak to the Court in which I filed for bankruptcy, so I called the Royal Courts of Justice and got shunted from pillar to post!
Does anyone know who exactly I need to speak to, in order to receive my papers?
Thanks everyone!

If you went through the whole 12 months BR you don't automatically get any paperwork. You will have to apply to the RCJ, where you went BR, for a discharge certificate, this is £60 I think, or somewhere around that mark. As k to speak to the bankruptcy clerk.
If you got ED you should have had a letter from your OR which would suffice instead of the certificate, and is free!
The OR will usually write you a letter confirming your discharge, if you ask, which they won't charge for.

You can get a letter of discharge, not costing 60.00 from the OR office.
The OR office cannot issue a certificate but can sent you a letter on headed paper.0 -

But Max - you didn't go the full 12 months - remember - you got EARLY DISCHARGE. I though you would have remembered that! I think Max was joking. Max would've said if he had been discharged.
