    Probably because you have still got the cookie, or it recognises your IP address.

    I made one card, and put the code in then to make sure it worked. You can make a new card from this point.

    I managed to get 11 cards for free - most of them are to be sent to me, so I saved a bit on postage. The code takes something like £26.80 off.
