car finance co ; cant touch us
:mad::mad:this is still bugging me after 12 months, car Finance company took over £150 out of my daughters bank account for late payments cica £30+ a time , she sent all the letters , LBA etc to them ,she had replies saying they wont return her money, and that as they arent a bank she cannot take them to court ,the reclaiming doesnt apply to them,if she did, they would win and she would have to pay out for costs . i knew this was a load of bull. My daughter decided that £150 quid may not be worth it, and might find it hard to attend court anyway due to work .Their arrogance ,and lies, have bothered me ever since. should i let it go ,or, could we take them through the Financial Ombudsman route.

If so you may be able to claim £18.00 back for each one max. (£90.00)
I would let it go.0
