Hi,
Thought I would start this up again this year as its good for people who are looking for reviews of a show, they might be going to see.
If you are going to a show/shows, please review them here for everyone to see.
Here a few ideas for what to put in your review -
1. Who was it you saw?
2. Where and when?
3. What did you think? Your review
4. Marks out of 10.
I'm off to see Jimmy Carr on the 29th so will review then.

So far, I have been to see:
Richard Herring (Hitler Moustache) at the Underbelly which was excellent. Very hot inside the venue though. You got a free Hitler moustache to take with you when you left as well - expect to see a lot of these on posters around town soon methinksFour stars (Out of a Fresian starometer of five)
Potted Pirates at the Pleasance. This is essentially a childrens show, so myself (28) and my best friend were older than the target audience but we loved the Potted Potter show last year so gave this a go. It wasn't to the same standard as the Potted Potter show but was entertaining nonetheless.
Stephen K Amos at the Pleasance Grand. This was a really good show which started well and Stephen had the audience in the palm of his hand. I found the jokes for the most part hilarious and the audience interaction was really good. The theme of the show is the Feelgood Factor and he certainly achieved this. Minus one star for having a plant in the audience just to do an unnecessary closing number.
Mark Thomas (Manifesto) at the Stand 3. Mark is on a mission (As always!) to create a manifesto based on audience suggestions. He has actually wangled a meeting on the 19th of August with a cross-party group of MSPs to debate the suggestions from the audiences at his shows. At the end of the shows we vote in the suggestion we want him to take forward. I would recommend that anyone who can goes to see this show as Mark Thomas is a man who is an excellent comedian and political campaigner. Be warned though...the seats in this venue are tiny so if you are a person of a larger derriere (As I am myself) then sit with someone you know!and a half (Minus half for the tiny seats)

Avoid Gavin Webster - terrible
The Deleted Banjos were good and original
The Normality show by Pedro Kruger is very good and artistic, but theme maybe not for kids.
was not impressed by LatenLive - badly organised in the queues and too much swearing by the scouser presenter.
