Raspberrys Ideas??

I have roughly 1lb of raspberrys needing something done with them. anyone got any ideas?? ideally something freezable. I alread have 4 jars of raspberry jam, 6 bramble and 10 strawberry in the cupboard from my fruit glut last week.

You can certainly add them to muffins;) Why not freeze them? Spread them out on a tray and pop in the freezer for about half an hour. Then they will be hard enough to gather into a bag. You can then use them from frozen for muffins and cakes or crumbles. Or you can put them in a food processor/blender frozen with some cream or yogurt and sugar and blitz for an instant ice cream.0
