Debts after bankruptcy

Hi,
Just sat wondering and thought i would ask this question,
I have been made bankrupt today and handed in forms, my question is, after speaking to the OR and so on what happens if a company comes out of the wood work stating I owe them money? would the bankruptcy still cover it or do I have to make a payment arrangement with them so it does not go against me.

  • Anything that you have forgotten, that dates before your BR is included even if you forgot to list it.

  • Ok, thank you for that, do I just give them info regarding the Bankruptcy order , number , OR number and so on, should the situation arise? would I have to inform the OR or leave the company I owe money to to sort it out .

    Good Afternoon Mr ******,

After looking again at the details supplied, we have on this occasion, decided to arrange the updating of your credit file details. This may take a few days to show the effect.
