Hi,
Just sat wondering and thought i would ask this question,
I have been made bankrupt today and handed in forms, my question is, after speaking to the OR and so on what happens if a company comes out of the wood work stating I owe them money? would the bankruptcy still cover it or do I have to make a payment arrangement with them so it does not go against me.

Ok, thank you for that, do I just give them info regarding the Bankruptcy order , number , OR number and so on, should the situation arise? would I have to inform the OR or leave the company I owe money to to sort it out .

you answered your own question pretty much...yep if a creditor comes calling give them your BR number OR details etc
IF they contin ue to hassle you then contact your OR's office for them to deal withWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

After looking again at the details supplied, we have on this occasion, decided to arrange the updating of your credit file details. This may take a few days to show the effect.
