RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.capitalradio.co.uk apply to Aer Lingus radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 2nd March to Friday 28th August 2009 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital 95.8
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1.) Details of the Online Competition:
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to capitalradio.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at Monday 2nd March 6am on and close at Friday 28th August 10am, 2009.
1.2 Entrants must register their details online as stipulated by the online entry forms. Entrants can register their details as often as they like during this period, however entrants may only win the competition once. If they are a winner, they are no longer eligible to win.
1. 3 One online entry will be selected at random per month (March – August).This person will win the online prize for the month that their name is randomly selected
2.) Online Prize
2.1 The online prize destination will change each month the competition is online. For the month of August the destination is Tenerife. Please note this destination is subject to change.
2.2 The prize includes:
Flights for 2 people return to Tenerife
Plus £500 spending money and 2 nights in a 4*/5* hotel, subject to availability.
2.3 Please be aware the following terms and conditions apply:
All entrants must be at least 18 years of age
Flights must be completed by 24 October 2009
Winners may not fly within 8 weeks of booking.
Booking must be made by 01.09.2009
All taxes and charges are included
Winners are responsible for all necessary visas and passports – information supplied for booking prizes/flights must match information as per passport information.
All flights and are subject to availability
The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available

Once booked all changes are subject to the standard Aer Lingus terms and conditions at https://www.aerlingus.com
Aer Lingus will contact prizewinner within 2 weeks of winning prize subject to the right email address being provided.
