Valuations

We have a ground floor maisonette. According to Zoopla and Nationwide our maisonette is valued lower than the maisonette above us and the other 2 neighbouring maisonettes. I assume the reason for that is because we got a good deal on our maisonette when we bought it 2 1/2 years ago. How could we persuade the banks etc that our maisontte should be worth more considering e.g. the maisonette upstairs has no garden, the neighbouring maisonette has no central heating and no side part to the property where you can hang out washing etc. Otherwise they are all very similar.
These are the only 4 maisonettes in our street and the others were all bought before ours.
Could I ask the banks to value the other maisonettes and then give them the reasons above as to why ours should be valued higher.

Thanks!
