I`m moving house shortly before BR (complicated).
My query is re purchases - I intend to purchase a sofa, bed, computer and wardrobe (the ones I have are falling apart).
What is the OR`s likely reaction to this come bankrupcy?

it all really depends on how you are buying them. if you are using credit that you know will be included in your BR and therefore you will not be paying them back for the purchases, then the OR will probably not look kindly on it.
Have you tried your local freecycle site as there are lots of things given away which you could maybe use and they would be free! Also try some charity shops for older pieces of furniture etc in good condition.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
