I'm unable to open the supplied link, any ideas please

    Thanks

Opens fine for me - have you got excel on your PC? If not, you need to download open office (for free - google it), and then when it comes up on google docs, click on the 'Choose another programme' button in the top right hand corner and you should be able to open or save it directly.
Do not feed the trolls please.

do the OR's check your SOA against your bank statements? I mean check that you are payting out what you say you are?

I haven't heard of an OR doing this. As others have said, the important thing is to be reasonable. Bankrupts are not expected to wear sackcloth and ashes as a punishment. The whole point of the SOA is to make sure that the creditors are benefitting appropriately from any excess income, whilst at the same time ensuring the BR and their family keep enough of their income to support a sustainable lifestyle without resorting to further borrowings. That is why the OR will normally permit the cost of a modest holiday, school activities for children etc. They simply do not have the time or the inclination to marry up entires in your bank account with your SOA unless they small a rat :)
