I dont think I can use the hats with this group Buffy, they are adult learners and its more of a tecnical topic rather than a concept based one.

I dunno...........I shall think of something, trying not to worry about it to be honest.

I have the lurgy............:mad:

Carl has been really poorly with a virus the last couple of days and I was hoping to escape.

I have been like Lady McBeth washing my hands every 5 mins plus using that antibac gel but this morning I have a headache from hell and a very sore throat:( I thought I was unusally tired the last couple of days.

Only today to get through I guess then hopefully I can nurse myself better to be back to work on Monday for observation week.

I feel really strange today, head feels swimmy, I feel dizzy when I stand up and I am red hot.

Its OHs Birthday meal tonight so I hope I feel a bit better by then:o

No wins on the bingo in the last couple of days, matched betting has groud to a hault and I have not ebayed any of the stuff I intended to do.

I really feel as though I am just keeping my head above water at the moment..............must do better:mad:

In a flurry of annoyance with myself I have just listed 5 books on Amazon and bought 2 Christmas presents from Tesco direct for which I get 1000 extra clubcard points, thats £40 in rewards towards our 2011 holiday which I plan to be neutral.

I should give myself a good talking to more often...........time for a kip though as I still feel rubbish:o
