Yay well done on the payrise!

Could you get a cat from a rescue place, then you don't have to house train it and stuff? If you got one at the beginning of the xmas holidays then you'd be around for a few weeks while it settled in before you were at work all day.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Thanks guys, I have my eyes on the next one already though:o:rotfl:

Not much chance of that for now so I shall just keep on doing what I am doing and maybe one day I shall be rewarded and put on the next pay band..........not holding my breath though:rolleyes:

I am addicted to Asda extra special hand cooked crisps they are all gone now so I am NOT buying any more.

Payday tomorrow and I MUST make the most of the extra candy this month and NOT spend it on treats or takeaways.

if you really want a cat (can you tell I hate them...) could you not wait till the next long holiday then get one giving it a chance to settle in?

    Enjoy the pay rise.

    Lenny you are nuts:rotfl:

    Happy Halloween everyone.......

OH came home totally hammered last night so I shall crack on with houseworky stuff without him:rolleyes:

I have just had to fork out for a new drum pad for the electric drum kit which has set me back £60 from the payrise, I can see everyone in the house "needing" stuff this month.

    List for today.......
    • Wash & Dry bedding
    • General Tidying
    • Shopping at Mr T's
    • Iron and put away
    • list 5 books on Amazon
    • Go out for walk (not sure about that one with OH hangover)
At 4.30pm I am off to Mam's for a little Halloween party for my 2 neices then back to neighbours house to watch Xfactor and share an Indian takeaway.

DS2 is going into town dressed up for the day as a gangster zombie (whatever one of those are)

Talking of Mr T's a girl I work with has virtually paid for her holiday to Florida next year out of Tesco Club card points she uses a Tesco Credit card to get an extra 20% points plus buys all her food/petrol/insurances etc via tesco.

I reckon that the most I could collect would be around 2000 points a month which would still work out at £80 in rewards x 12 = £960 over the year, not enough for Florida but it could definitely get us somewhere in France...........

Hmmmm Free holiday from Tesco, Hell yeah:T
