Mr T order placed using a £5 off code and an extra 500 bonus points for buying 5 types of party food points for the total order came to 628 which is another boost to the holiday fund pot.

Received paperwork for Tesco finance so I need to send a cheque off for £1000 by 11th January to get the 1000 points bonus, it doesnt say you have to keep in in there so a quick transfer in and out when the holiday needs paying for should do the trick;)

The points system is so annoying as the balance on the internet is never a true reflection of the actual points and they are added at different times and some may not appear until February but a quick tot up so far I reckon I will have around 4000 points by Feb which is £160 in rewards:j I have over £30 at home = £120 so not doing so badly towards 2011 holiday:D

Decorations will be going up today and I must start writing out my Christmas Cards:xmastree:

So Cross with my Travel agents, they have sneakily tried to charge me £35 x 4 for additional 5kg worth of baggage for our holiday next year. We dont even take a suitcase each never mind need extra:mad:

When I rang the girl was so patronising and said that the previous invoice didnt have a full breakdown of costs................I bloody know that dear otherwise I would have spotted it then!

Fuming as I now have to go into the shop to get the charge removed as they dont do amendments to invoices over the phone.

And of course saying that very loudly in a busy travel agents is a good way for them to mend their ways.

Yep, going for one last time as the mortgage is going to take major priority for the next 3 years.

I am just hoping that they dont try and pull a fast one as they priced matched another travel agents so I am worried that they may just amend the discount so that I pay the same amount

Can they do that? If so then I would rather have the additional baggage allowance rather than a lower discount.
