will Argos reduce their garden furniture more?

Help please - I want a bistro set that can stay out in winter and saw this in Argos (can't seem to post link and make it work sorry) http://www.argos.co.uk/ProductDisplayTRK019?partNumber=6504483

I'd be gutted if I buy it now and then its reduced more in a week or so, but we've got family visitng this week so I'd have liked it now. Anyone know what chances are re more reductions please?

Or do you have any other ideas, must be able to stand out in winter?

I went in Makro and looked at their aluminium bistro sets but they were flimsy (in fact one had a leg broken off). A real commercial set would be good but probably too dear for me.

I missed the great Tesco reductions earlier in summer unfortunately.

I guess its the same with everything you just never know for sure, it may be that there wont be any stock left if they do reduce them so if you really want it then I would get it now, Ive often kicked myself for waiting and then there being none left!

In the past with Argos I have noticed that on some items they have different prices for them in different places.

eg. if you go instore they have about 5 different magazines, usually they have the same products in them but for all different prices, or if you look online the price may differ to what is in the magazines etc.

I had a problem about a year ago because I saw a bed in one of the magazines at a certain price, what I didn't realise was there was a small piece of writing on the front that said offers valid from - to. I missed out by literally a day and the price had also increased from the spring catalogue to the winter catalogue so ended up paying £50 more for the same item!

Another thing is that Homebase sell a lot of the same stuff as Argos (same parent company) so it might be cheaper in there, or if they're due one of their 10% off days, you might squeeze an extrz wee bit off.

I picked up a great cast-iron bistro set from our local Tesco at the end of last summer - table & 2 chairs started at a very reasonable £64 and was reduced down to £16 by the time I bought it - could be worth checking out your local store, or a larger one on the offchance, to see if they have similar. B&Q also had some great end of season clearance bargains in today, so I'd do a good old scout around - its definitely the right time of year to pick these things up!
