Haven't been on for a while as have been keeping head down but just a quick thank you to all who have offered advice and support over the last year. It has been much appreciated.
Also, it is definitely worth querying what OR and caseworker have to say and don't just sign forms and think that is all you can do. After much negotiation and sticking to one's guns we haven't had IPO put in place. Originally OR said any excess monies would be divided in half over both our bankruptcies and if over £99 we would have to pay; then they decided that their office calculated it in a manner totally different to everywhere else in the country but eventually agreed that there wasn't enough money left over and as we kept heads down and just waited our time out nothing has been set up.
Again BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who has answered my long and confusing questions with patience and good advice.
Now all I have to do is clean up the credit file OMG!

Splendid Gnus! I shall have cook rustle up one of her famous spit-roasts to celebrate for you. There's no meat involved, she just spits lot while cooking the tofu-burgers.
I guess last night's sleep was better still than the one after the Judge signed the papers a year ago huh?
