Help with online insolvency form

Hi all.

Just a quick question.

Im currently filling in the section called "list of creditors" and im unsure as to some of the default dates?? Is it absolutely necessary to know the definate date I defaulted on the payments or can I put a rough estimate???

Thanks in advance.

Hi left, for things like loans where there is a definite date put the date that the credit was taken out. for things like credit cards put when the most credit was incurred, for instance if it was a balance transfer or a holiday/major purchase. if it was a slow build up of credit put when the last time you used the card

Put your current address plus any address you have incurred your current debt at up to 5 years ago. For instance if all you credit was incurred in the last year then you need only put addressess down for the last year

Find the court you need to go to that does BRs, phone them and ask what the procedure is and how many copies you need. Not all courts operate the same system
