Just googled my name and found it on the visit lancashire website.
I entered a recipe to win a hamper. Did'nt win,
but they printed my recipe on the website. :j:j It is a lovely crunchy shortbread that my nanna made, I make it for family and friends and it goes down a treat, give it a go!!

Thanks Liz, are you near Goosnargh?:j:j they ask if you like the recipe to leave a comment, so maybe if enough do I may get a sticker or something? Just pleased it was published, My Nan would have been thrilled. My dad passed away just before Xmas, and he would have also been so proud.
