Hubster's razor - I need to find a cheaper alternative

Morning all - trying to tighten the old belt like everyone else I guess...
Hubster uses Gillette Mach 3 razors but the replacement blades are just so expensive. I know they last a good while but I hate having to buy them.
Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative that works just as well please?
I keep thinking I'll buy something else but if it's no good then it's a false economy and I could end up spending a small fortune....

Hubby has gone over to electric.
For years he said he couldnt because they gave him a rash but I think as with everything, technology has moved on and he gets a pretty good close shave without having to take the skin of himself now.
He does however still have a fusion which he uses from time to time - so little that a pack of blades do a year0
