Hi
Does anyone know if there is a list of things you can/can't include as expenditure in your bankruptcy petition and what the guidlines are?
We've had £30 per month for sports/hobbies and enterntainment in our IVA but have been told that the OR won't like this, yet I've been told that you can include an amount for holidays?!!
Any advice greatfully received.
Thanks.

Put up your SoA as it is for the IVA and someone will go through it as an OR may look at it.
