I'll go for lower, paradoxically I'm seeing more drops on PB than at any time since the end of last year. The rise in the indices along with the media spin seems to be coaxing people to put their houses on the market, the problem is it seems to be that they have forgotten that transactions are a historic lows and there are very few buyers out there.
