Tesco own "Luxury Soft" Tissue rolls

Options
not the most exciting thing

but tesco are selling them at £1 as a trial price, normally around £1.30-1.50?

works out cheaper than the tesco 12 pack
if you buy 3 packs, it costs you 3 quid, rather than the 12 pack at £4.something

hope it helps someone out

Bought some at this 'trial price' and thought the rolls were of poor quality and not "Luxury". Is it just a dodgy batch I got?

I think they're fine. I stocked up with a few packets.

Wasn't that impresssed myself either - saying that its only toilet paper. The only time I buy the really good stuff is when I have a cold or something - worth its weight in gold then

I've just used the last of a pack I got - thankfully - thought they were like the saver brands in quality!

I agree, they are very poor quality, quite disappointed. Will not buy any more of them.

If I can find my receipt I will return the unopened pack for a refund. Silly me bought 2 packs!
  • I think they seem to have gone down in quality since this offer.

I did`nt think they were good quality either, not like the last lot they were selling for a £1.

  • I got some of these in Tesco's reduced section (down to 75p) as the packaging was ripped, thought they were ok but then discovered Semi-Chem have 9 roll packs of Nouvelle for £1.99 - a better price per roll (22p instead of 25p) and better for the environment too so everyone wins!
