Nespresso Coffee Machines - £40 Cashback

Options
If you like good coffee (everytime) then I can highly recommend Nespresso machines which currently are offering £40 cahsback. Have a look at https://www.nespresso.co.uk. You can buy them online at the John Lewis website or by mail order.

Yes I do know that they are expensive to start off with but they do make the best coffee ever IMHO. The pods are only available by mail order but delivery is super fast and I cannot fault their service!

Hope that this is helpful to someone and it is posted in the right place!

Sorry but haven't checked back for a bit - as for the best type it does depend on what you want, ie if you want Cappuccino then you will have to go for one that has the steam pipe on it in which case I can recommend the Magixmix M200 as it is what I have. Also a bargain in that it is now £139 for the black version and in Fenwicks they told me it has been reduced from £199!

Obviously if you prefer black coffee and I now do with this machine then go for one of the ones without the steam pipe.

Hope this helps - but you can always call them on the freephone number on the website if you want to know more as they are really helpful.

Another thing to note is the super speedy delivery for the capsules - ordered mine yesterday AM arrived this morning! Order 200+ on line and P&P is also just £1.95 rather than 4.95.

Anyway as you will gather I love my Nespresso machine..........

Thankyou so much to bagpuss for this thread. I was thinking of getting a nice coffee machine as a treat for myself and have decided to use the £100 bonus from Barclays ( thanks to this site!):money: to buy mine. I ordered the magimix M150 from amazon for £99 so in effect its a fantastic bargain at £60 with the cashback.
Im having a bit of trouble perfecting the cappucinos and lattes but Im enjoying the practice and sampling all 12 blends as I go.

Glad to help! Tip for the milk frothing is to use semi skimmed and to gently move the frothing pipe just slightly above the surface of the milk to get the bubbles! DON'T PULL RIGHT OUT WHEN TURNED ON AS IT WILL SHOOT OUT AND BURN YOU. Also I have found that the best two blends for cappuccinos are the black and purple ones, sorry can't recall the names, but make an espresso size cup not a lungo and add to the frothed milk for pure yumminess.

I also always had milk with my coffee but don't now with most of the blends, unless it is one of the above for cappuccinos, can't believe the decaff is so good either.

ENJOY - warning this coffee is addictive!!
