Mortgage Calculator

Can anyone point me to a user friendly repayment calculator that will do a mixture of repayment and interest only ?

    Most lender's websites have one. Here is The Woolwich's (scroll down and accept the standard disclaimer document. There's does a combination of repayment and Interest Only:-

    I am sure there may be some others out there.
