OMG...5 days to go and H2B has broken his nose!!!

Yep, you all read it right! As if me stressing this week wasn't enough....

OH rang me this afternoon to "pre-warn" me that he had had an accident at work involving a spanner slipping and now has a broken nose and the start of two black eyes....with only 7 days to go til our big day!!!

He's got a cut across the bridge of his nose and the start of what look to be two very black eyes.
Does Arnica work? Seriously thinking of going to get some gel tomorrow
;)I am not a complete idiot - some parts are missing;)

Get some because it won't do any harm. Make sure you get him some decent concealer too, but nothing light reflective otherwise on your photos he'll have white circles round his eyes instead!

Worth trying Arnica cream & pastilles to take internally/swallow (my midwife recommended the pastilles??!!??) it does seem to help with bruising I'll just find a link so you know what your looking for, poor love no wonder he's feeling sorry for himself, but if he doesn't look his normal handsome self , you will look even prettier than you usually do. Apologies for my twisted/trying desperately to look on the bright side comment.
Link to Arnica stuff the pastills are the little purple click tube on the right, think you can get them in boots too, good luck

yes arnica works, I work in a pharmacy and we sell lots of it usually to elderly who have had falls and the results are great.
My gran also used it last year when she had a fight with the pavement and the pavement won! her face was a mess and it took the brusing away very quickly, the only thing i will say its more the dark bruising that goes away the yellowing is still quite long time to clear. Get him to get the cream and as Violetta says the pastelles/tablets, also get him to make sure he is drinking plenty of water.
you could always use some makeup on him just for the photos if it looks bad.

you will still have a fab day and it will be something to have a laugh about in the years to come.x

if you're really worried about the bruises and the photos you could get some 'proper' concealer cream? ie the stuff that make up artists use to cover birthmarks etci have a charles fox one and its brilliant!
