bank loans

I have heard that a bank loan taken out prior to 2007 and still being paid for, could be challenged and possibly cancelled. Any truth in that please?

    I'm deadly serious there is more chance of OP winning the lottery than winning a case against their lender. If only people spent as much energy of finding ways to repay what they borrowed!
