Credit Check when in the process of going Bankrupt

Afternoon Guys

I am in the process of going Bankrupt and just saving up for the fees the as i have had my old house repo'd and the people that i owe money to dont have my new address. What i am wanting to know is if i become an Avon rep and they perform a credit check on me can the people i owe locate me and my new address???

Yes.

You will have to list you current and all old addresses (within so many years as requested) on your application. They will cross reference this with your credit file and it will be updated accordingly with the new address.

The people you own money too will not be notified automatically though, they would have to check your file at a later date so may or may not find out. Even if they do you can ignore them - what can they do to you???
