I registered today for mine using the following details (from the pack I just bought in Sainsburys):

• 750g
• Best before end 23/03/07
• Pack line 04
• Time 21:19

When you Apply at Kellogs you're registered (if you want) for their 'Online Step Account ' which seems to be quite well designed to enable you to track your walking progress and plan and measure how many steps you are taking each day.
Probably nothing more advanced than you could do with a pencil and paper but nice to see it all in one place and you get regular emails along the way.
