I did an experiment and wore 2 pedometers and got 2 totally different answers.
Did 23000 steps on Saturday walking in the peak district - Think I'll put my feet up now! Now where are the free tea and choccy links........

Mine turned up today! But as I got it after driving back from Nottingham (150 miles) I am too tired to put it to use!!
Tomorrow is another day - I shall see how far I can walk. So thanks for that post!I'm not as green as I'm cabbage looking!

The right size of flat head screwdriver (2.5mm) can open those triangular screws, exposing the little button cell battery that can be bought in multiples at your local £1 shop0 -

Just so everyone knows.....I followed the 8 week programme and the pedometer didn't run out, so if you just wanted to use it whilst you kick start yourself into a new routine, you should be ok.
And if you are interested, I walked 430,000 steps in 8 weeks which was London to Paris! However I know I could have done better....trust me to do the routine during the really wet & cold spell of the Spring where going out at lunchtime for a walk really wasn't an option :rolleyes:Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
