IPOQ just arrived

Hi all,

This morning I got a letter from my OR about early discharge (the EDREV letter) with an IPOQ attached. I've filled this in but it asks - if you're self employed (which I am), give the name and address of who you do the most work for.

I work for a number of companies equally so what do I put on here? Will they contact them do you think?

Cheers,

S

    Hi sieve :hello:

That was quick !! Bet you can`t wait to get that form back asap....send it recorded/signed for. Remember Dalip saying they kept losing hers.

I think you have to put down whoever you work most for....can`t imagine under data protection the OR is going to advise them of anything.

Thanks guys :) Hopefully it's a good sign that they aren't looking for a BRU too!

That seems quick sieve. Good luck but fatou is right - it might not happen.

Yes very quick! Have sent it back recorded delivery today so hopefully that'll help make sure they get it okay.

Don't worry I know it's not a given, but hopefully it means that my case is more straightforward than I thought it was going to be.

    Fingers crossed anyway! Thanks all.

You're lucky to get an IPOQ in just 4 months! Fingers crossed they have the time to process it.
