I'm not very good at looking at the background of individual sites, in fact I can't do it at all! However as a zip code is asked for, and not a postcode, I have chosen not to apply for this one as in my experience foreign based sites are less likely to send to me here in the UK than British based sites.

Might be just my bad luck!

Yeah, it's an American site, however one of the drop-down options for country is the UK, so I assume that means they are prepared to post here as well.
