Just come across this offer in my Sainsburys Magazine, Free 5 Piece Stainless Steel Chefs knife set worth £125.75 you only pay the p&P price of £9.95, seems a good deal there is also another offer with the Guardian for a different knife set with the same P&P charge don't know if it would work combining the P&P i doubt it though

We got a set of these when the P&P was £7.95. OH is very pleased with them but I have heard they lose their sharpness quite quickly. Ours still OK though.

These look pretty good actually - I'm sure I've seen that brand name before somewhere..

Has anyone else got any - are they any good? We bought a couple of fairly pricey knives from the cookshop the other month, they weren't cheap either, but they lost their sharpness very quickly and our sharpener isn't up to much so it's a bit of a pain.. Did anyone pay the extra and get the block? Would think that's essential!?
