I have been in touch with Abbey regarding my little ones bank account which was omitted in the accounts to be unfrozen. They have written to me to say its now ok to use etc but have attached a copy of a total strangers BR Order!!!! Do i put it in the bin and pretend i did not see it, go complain in the bank/hand it in or do I let this poor woman know what the Abbey have done?

Hi, clear breach of data protection. You need to make a complaint in writing to Abbey, they then have 8 weeks to respond/correct this and if they havent then you can take it to the financial ombudsman service. I wouldnt contact the other woman though. Let Abbey deal with it. Shocking!

I would be livid if my information was given to a complete stranger....I'm not surprised there is a lot of fraud going on!!:happyloveLife - Live it to the full, but live it wisely :A0
