Most likely a loan for less than you want at an APR you can hardly believe.
My advice would be to avoid at all costs."We act as though comfort and luxury are the chief requirements of life, when all that we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about” – Albert Einstein0 -

Avoid at all costs, you have been warned already. From now on people will just say "We told you so"0

if you have an excellent credit rating and an income in excess of 40,000 and a home owner, then the offer may just be credible ... however, then there would be no need to pay £690

Heard of them? No.
Heard of countless other schemes reported here that work exactly the same way and end in tears, money paid out and no loan appearing. Yes.
Up to you, but if you flush the money down the toilet it will have the same effect and save you the price of the stamp writing back to them in my opinion. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0
