Don't know about the Lidl, but if it's the same as previous models it's well built but made by "Lavor LD". Probably induction motor and comes with 3 year warranty.
Lack of vital information about flow-rates etc. so difficult to compare specs. Aldi (a rebadged Karacher) may be a slightly better bet but who knows.
Immaterial for us Southerners who can't probably use one now for 2 years (water shortage). I believe you may have more water in Wales though (if the sheep don't get to it first)!

The Lidl washer operates at 135 bar (max 160), 8.83 litres per minute. Depends if the Aldi washer pressure is quoted as operating or maximum pressure before a proper comparison can be made. Many manufacturers quote the higher maximum pressure figure to make it look better than it really is. You'll certainly be able to get a cheaper washer but just as certain, you won't get the same pressure. I've just bought the Lidl model and am very satisfied with the quality and price especially with all of the accessories included, even shampoo.0

I'm well satisfied with the ALDI model. I'd like to try them head to head but I really have no justification for 2 pressure washers.
One point I'd like to make and that is that the Lidl pressure washer Patio cleaner doesn't fit the aldi pressure washer. The male connection of the patio cleaner is the wrong shape for the female section of the Aldi washer gun.
So that's a pity.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

I hope you lot don't mind me asking a daft question regarding these washers. Do they have to be connected to the tap directly or you just have to fill it up with water and use it? We dont have a tap outside our house and thinking of getting one from Aldi. Thanks in advance.

Our one - not aldi or lidl but I assume they all work exactly the same requires a hose pipe to be attached. You may be able to get a hosepipe connection to an indoor tap.0 -

Or just buy an outdoor tap kit (which is what I did), a tenner from B&Q or Homebase, and can be fitted in under an hour (even by a DIY numpty like moi).0 -
Have all moneysavers noticed the similarity between subsequent weeks' new items at Lidl and Aldi?
Easiest advance-comparison is via their e-newsletters. Currently Lidl have instant barbecues for 99p and what looks exactly the same in Aldi from May 4th is £1.99!0
